GoNow helps customers discover businesses and manage bookings, and provides tools for participating merchants. Unless expressly stated for a particular offer, the merchant supplies the booked service.
A listing or completed booking is not a guarantee of service quality, availability or physical attendance. A “Verified booking” review identifies a review linked to a completed GoNow booking; it does not independently prove attendance.
You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your account. Do not impersonate another person, claim a business without authority, submit fraudulent bookings or reviews, misuse another user’s information, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the service.
Check the merchant, service, package, guest count, appointment time, price and applicable cancellation terms before confirming. A booking is subject to the status and confirmation process shown in GoNow.
The current checkout method is payment at the venue unless an explicitly supported alternative is shown. Do not send money merely because another user claims to represent GoNow.
Rebooking pre-fills available booking details but creates a new booking only after you choose a time and confirm. Current prices, capacity, availability and merchant terms apply; previous prices or promotions are not guaranteed.
Merchants are responsible for keeping their business details, services, prices, availability and policies accurate and for having authority to provide their services.
The Cancellation & Refund Policy and the terms displayed for your booking apply, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
For a service issue, contact the merchant and, if needed, support@gonowspot.com with your booking reference. GoNow may assist with communication and investigation. GoNow does not promise service insurance, automatic compensation, free rework or a refund unless an applicable written offer expressly provides it.
Submit reviews based on your own experience and only through the eligibility rules available in GoNow. Do not publish private information, unlawful material, misleading claims or content you do not have permission to use.
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant GoNow permission to host, process, display and moderate that content as needed to provide the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable deletion rights.
We may review reports and restrict or remove content that violates these terms. Merchants must not fabricate customer reviews or misuse customer information.
Any paid merchant feature must state its price, duration, included benefits and payment terms before purchase. A booking does not itself create a paid subscription. These terms do not authorize charges or renewals that were not disclosed and accepted.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal obligations. You may request account deletion through Settings or https://gonowspot.com/account-deletion.
The service may be interrupted for maintenance or other operational reasons. Existing booking obligations should be handled with the merchant if access is unavailable.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you book for another person, you must have authority to provide their information and make the booking. Bookings for minors must comply with the merchant’s rules and applicable guardian-consent requirements.
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, subject to any mandatory protections that apply in your country of residence. Please first contact support@gonowspot.com so we can try to resolve a dispute. If no resolution is reached, either party may use the competent courts or other dispute resolution procedures available under applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer’s mandatory rights.
We may update these terms with notice where required by law. Material changes apply according to the notice and applicable law.
