For account access, booking errors, inappropriate content, business ownership claims, privacy requests or account deletion assistance, email GoNow support.

To help us investigate, include:

• The email address associated with your account.
• A booking reference or business link, if relevant.
• A brief description of the issue and when it happened.
• A screenshot with unnecessary personal information hidden, if helpful.

Never send your password, sign-in code or full payment card details.

Account deletion is available at https://gonowspot.com/account-deletion and through the deletion option in app Settings.
